Definitions: In these terms and conditions, the following words have the meanings shown below: "Hirer" means the person or company hiring the plant equipment from the Owner. "Owner" means the company that owns the plant equipment.

"Plant" means the equipment that is being hired out by the Owner to the Hirer. "Site" means the location where the Plant is to be used.

"Hire Period" means the period of hire as agreed between the Owner and the Hirer. Plant Hire: The Owner agrees to hire out the Plant to the Hirer for the Hire Period and the Hirer agrees to pay the Hire Charges as set out in the quotation.

Delivery and Collection: The Owner will deliver the Plant to the Site on the agreed date and time. The Hirer shall provide clear and adequate access for delivery and collection of the Plant. The Hirer shall be responsible for the security of the Plant while it is on the Site.

Use of Plant: The Hirer shall use the Plant in a proper and workmanlike manner and only for the purpose for which it was intended. The Hirer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use the Plant for any illegal purpose.

Maintenance and Repair: The Hirer shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Plant during the Hire Period. The Hirer shall notify the Owner immediately of any defects or damage to the Plant. The Hirer shall not attempt any repairs to the Plant without the prior written consent of the Owner.

Loss or Damage: The Hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Plant during the Hire Period. The Hirer shall pay the Owner the full cost of repair or replacement of any lost or damaged Plant.

Insurance: The Hirer shall insure the Plant for the full replacement value against loss or damage during the Hire Period. The Hirer shall provide the Owner with proof of insurance before the Plant is delivered to the Site.

Termination: The Owner may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the Hirer. The Hirer may terminate this agreement by giving not less than 1 days' written notice to the Owner.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. No variation or amendment to this agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

Deposit: card details held and will be charged for late returns, damage or loss.

Agreement: By making payment to TTL you agree with these terms and conditions.
